Cancellation Policy

Appointments

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a $20 cancellation fee.

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment may be charged a no-show fee using the card authorization provided during booking.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving later may result in a shortened service time to prevent delays for other clients.

Due to limited space, additional guests are not permitted unless they have an appointment before or after yours.

A card authorization is required to reserve appointments. No upfront payment is collected through the website.

Remaining balance is due after the service. Accepted payments: cash or Zelle.

Piel Canela Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow policies.

Clients must disclose relevant allergies, medical conditions, medications, skin concerns, or sensitivities before treatment.
